The implementation of complex data base systems systematises the management of real estate for heritage conservation. In addition to a simple compilation of heritage sites, it is possible to categorise individual building characteristics with regards to central parameters such as material, equipment or area and value. To do so, the software system intelligently visualises management processes in such a way as to make authorisation procedures for repairs, modernisations or maintenance work practical for all departments. At the same time, all relevant information, i.e. ownership or subsidisation, is stored in the CAFM system and is therefore always accessible.
